GITEX Africa Morocco: Morocco Strengthens its Position as an Innovation Hub

The Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of Investment, Convergence, and Evaluation of Public Policies, Mr. Mohcine JAZOULI, participated, on May 29 in Marrakech, at the opening ceremony of "Gitex Africa Morocco."
The opening ceremony of this significant event, held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Assist Him, was presided over by the Head of Government, Mr. Aziz AKHANNOUCH.
This 2024 edition, a crucial gathering for technology, innovation, and networking, welcomes over 1,500 exhibitors and 800 startups from 130 countries, provides tangible proof of Morocco's digital dynamism thanks to the Royal Guidelines, which call for the simplification of administrative procedures for startups, fostering, thus, their growth and contribution to the country's development.
In this regard, the Minister highlighted that "this forum offers a networking crossroads between major operators and startups, as well as with the entire financial world."
This major event demonstrates the international community's confidence in the Kingdom and highlights its immense potential as an investment destination.
