Morocco Gaming EXPO: Positioning Morocco as a Hub for the Gaming Industry

The Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of Investment, Convergence, and Evaluation of Public Policies, Mr. Mohcine JAZOULI, attended the opening of the first edition of the "Morocco Gaming EXPO" on May 24, 2024, in Rabat.

Organized under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, this event aims to propel the gaming industry in Morocco and showcase its various facets.

The opening of this edition was inaugurated by the Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication, Mr. Mohamed Mehdi BENSAID, in the presence of His Majesty the King's Advisor, Mr. André AZOULAY, the Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Mrs. Ghita MEZZOUR, the Minister of Territorial Development, Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy, Mrs. Fatima Zahra MANSOURI, and representatives from several delegations and diplomatic missions in Morocco.

This expo provided an opportunity to highlight the strengths of Rabat as a future hub for this industry on a global scale and aims to build connections between incubators and startups, as well as establish partnerships between national and international stakeholders.
