Abu Dhabi: AMDIE Awarded and Morocco Honored

The Ministry of Investment, Convergence, and Evaluation of Public Policies and the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE) participated in the 13th edition of the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) held in Abu Dhabi from May 7 to 9, 2024, under the theme: "Adapting to the Changing Investment Landscape: Leveraging New Potentials for Global Economic Development."
On this occasion, Director of Communication, International Cooperation, and Partnerships, Mr. Zakaria FARAHAT, emphasized the significant strides made by the Kingdom under the visionary Leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God Assist Him. He underscored Morocco's remarkable progress, attributing it to various reforms such as the New Investment Charter and the Roadmap for Improving the Business Climate. These initiatives have effectively turned challenges into opportunities, solidifying Morocco's standing as a premier investment destination.
Organized under the High Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid Bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, this edition brought together various public and private sector actors to find innovative solutions to the challenges and necessary changes for building a sustainable global economy.
AMDIE was doubly honored on this occasion, winning the first prize for the MENA region as well as the Gold Partner Award.
