Meeting of Consultation between MICEPP and CGEM for the Strategic Alignment Study of Regional Investment Centers (CRI)

The Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies (MICEPP) and the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) held a consultation meeting on Friday, March 8, 2024, at the Confederation's headquarters, as part of the study on the strategic alignment of Regional Investment Centers (CRI) conducted by MICEPP.
This meeting, attended by CGEM Regions, federations, and commissions, marks the first step in a series of meetings between MICEPP and CGEM. Its purpose is to ensure convergence and co-construct pragmatic solutions that will enrich the study, taking into account regional specificities. As the private sector is at the core of this policy, its contribution is essential to the success of this initiative.
As a reminder, a new phase of CRI reform is underway to strengthen the strategic role of CRIs as facilitators and catalysts for investment at the territorial level, in accordance with the High Directions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God Assist him who has called onCRIs to oversee the entire investment process and enhance its efficiency.
This new reform phase aims to define the new positioning of CRIs and outline their roadmap, while building on the achievements made under the law 47-18.
