Morocco – China: Minister Receives the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China

The Minister of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, Mr. Karim Zidane, received on Friday, March 21, 2025, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Morocco, Mr. Li Changlin, in a meeting that reflected the strength of bilateral relations and the depth of the strategic partnership between the two countries.

During this meeting, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening economic cooperation and expanding opportunities for joint investment, in line with the shared ambitions of both nations. Minister Zidane highlighted the major reforms implemented under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, aimed at deepening economic partnership, stimulating investment, and improving the business climate.

In this context, the Minister emphasized the importance of the Investment Charter as a key pillar of Morocco's strategy to enhance its economic competitiveness and investment attractiveness, stressing the promising opportunities this new framework offers to Chinese investors.
