Essaouira Investor Day: 6 MoUs for 1.135 MMDH signed

The Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of Investment, Convergence and the Evaluation of Public Policies, Mr. Mohcine JAZOULI, took part in the “Essaouira Investor Day” on Tuesday July 23, 2024.
This event, jointly organized by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Marrakech Invest, saw the signing of six memorandums of understanding relating to investment projects worth a total of 1.135 billion dirhams, aimed at improving the business environment and stimulating private investment in the province of Essaouira.
In this context, the Minister took part in a high-level panel on mobilizing investment in Morocco's regions, and highlighted Essaouira's exemplary local development experience.
It is worth noting that the Essaouira Investor Day is a key initiative to promote the sustainable socio-economic development of Essaouira, demonstrating IFC's support for Morocco's advanced regionalization process and contributing to the province's ambitious program for the development of private investment.
