Green Hydrogen: Socioeconomic Impact at the Heart of Morocco's Offer

The Ministry of Investment, Convergence, and Evaluation of Public Policies participated in the 2nd edition of the Green Hydrogen Industry Forum, held on May 15, 2024, in Rabat.

Speaking at a panel dedicated to "Morocco's Offer: Master Plan and Governance," Ms. Rita MAHFOUDI, advisor to the Minister, emphasized that the launch of Morocco's Offer is part of the implementation of the Royal Vision, positioning Morocco as a competitive destination for the development of this new strategic sector, marking a significant turning point for the Moroccan economy. She also highlighted that the socioeconomic impact is at the heart of Morocco's hydrogen project, indicating that today's challenge is industrial integration, territorial development, and job creation for Moroccan citizens.

This 2nd edition was organized by Economie Entreprises (EELive), in partnership with the Souss Massa Regional Investment Center, under the theme "Starting Point of a New Economy!".
