Morocco - Germany: A promising roadshow to attract new European investments

After Spain, the 2024 roadshow to promote Morocco as a privileged land for investments continues in Germany. The Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, Mr. Mohcine JAZOULI, is leading a large delegation on a Roadshow in Germany from April 22 to 25, 2024, to promote investment opportunities in Morocco in sectors such as the automotive, pharmaceutical, aeronautical and renewable energy industries, as part of an initiative to strengthen the promotion of the "Morocco Now" brand in priority markets.

The roadshow comes in the context of the launch of the Morocco Offer for the implementation of the Green Hydrogen sector, in accordance with the High Directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, as well as the conclusion of several investment agreements in the electric mobility sector, aimed at the emergence of a national green automotive ecosystem.

The tour includes meetings with German decision-makers, investors and institutions, visits to industrial sites in Berlin, Wolfsburg and Hanover, and participation in the famous Hanover Messe, a key event at which Morocco will be showcasing its strengths and its investment opportunities for the jobs of the future, as well as hosting a "Morocco Now" conference in Munich on April 24, under the theme "Creating synergies for sustainable partnerships".

Organized by the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE), in partnership with the Moroccan Embassy in Germany, the delegation led by Mr. Mohcine JAZOULI included Her Excellency the Moroccan Ambassador to Germany, Mrs. Zohour ALAOUI, the Director General of AMDIE, Mr. Ali SEDDIKI, and the Vice-President General of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), Mr. Mehdi TAZI.
